1. Deletion Requests
Organizations and users may request deletion of data through the Platform. The following deletion workflows are available:
- User account deletion: Request deletion of your user account and associated personal data.
- Organization data deletion: Requested by Organization administrators for all Organization data.
- Data export: Request an export of your data before deletion.
2. Review Workflow
Deletion requests are reviewed before execution. The review process checks for:
- Legal retention obligations.
- Financial and tax retention requirements.
- Charter record retention.
- Audit log retention.
- Contractual obligations.
- Active legal holds.
3. Non-Destructive Deletion
Where retention obligations apply, immediate destructive deletion is not performed. Instead, data may be anonymized, restricted, or retained in a compliance-only state until the retention period expires.
4. Timeline
Pending legal configuration: Deletion request processing timelines must be confirmed. We aim to process requests within 30 days where no retention obligations apply.
