Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what is and is not permitted when using Y Marine OS. By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Y Marine OS for:

• Managing yacht operations, maintenance, crew, charter, and compliance.
• Processing data related to yachts, crew, guests, and charter operations within your Organization.
• Generating intelligence, reports, and AI-assisted insights.
• Connecting to authorized integrations and extensions.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to data belonging to other Organizations.
• Exceed the entitlement limits of your subscription plan.
• Process personal data outside the scope of yacht management.
• Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Scrape, harvest, or export data beyond what the Platform permits.
• Share credentials or bypass authentication mechanisms.

4. Role and Access Management

Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and reviewing access periodically. The Platform enforces role-based access control, but administrators must ensure that users receive only the permissions they need.

5. AI Features

AI-assisted features must not be used as a substitute for professional judgment, manufacturer authority, or certified maintenance verification. AI cannot upgrade Researched evidence to ManufacturerVerified.

6. Integrations

External integrations must be authorized through the Platform's signed integration mechanism. Bypassing the Extension Gateway or attempting to access internal entities directly is prohibited.

7. Violations

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for any violation.
